If we fail in our Service to You, we would prefer you to contact us first. We’re told by customers that we have a ‘pretty good service’ and ‘reasonable prices’, however, sometimes things go wrong … and when they do, we try our utmost … to ‘fix it, for You’.
ECCA (Electronic Cigarette Consumer Association) is Your Association if you want it to be, we strongly recommend it. ECCA is there to help You, should you find that some issues/problems are not being handled reasonably, or appropriately.
