Customer Loyalty Scheme Information
Your reward for shopping with VapourWorld
Every Customer assigned a Discount Class, once logged in, will be presented with ‘Shop Prices’ according to their assigned Discount Class … you will see the price that you would pay for that item. You can easily check this by not logging in and viewing an item, then login and view the same item again … if you have qualified for a Discount Class, you will see a different price … you will see the price for that item for ‘your’ Discount Class (see images below).
We prefer the Discount Class method of implementing a Customer Loyalty/Reward Scheme because it is there for you to use all the time and plain to see … you don’t need to accrue points that can be exchanged … you don’t need a separate ‘magic money’ account which you could use in conjunction with ‘real money’.
Every time we receive an Order from you (since 1st January 2012) we check to see if you were logged in (when you placed the order), if so … we then check your total sales volume with us (as a registered Customer), this enables us to see if you have ‘qualified’ (through the total of your purchases with us) for a higher discount class, which, if you have, we ‘move’ you there immediately.
This way you will progress through discount classes until you reach the highest discount class. On rare occasions you may be placed in a lower discount class. This can occur if you have recently moved to a higher discount class, and then return an items or items, which are then deducted from your total purchases; this can result in you no longer qualifying for the ‘higher’ discount class, resulting in your being moved to a previous qualifying discount class. However, in general your usual progression will be to higher discount classes.

Using & Entering Voucher / Coupon Codes
Registered Customers can also use applicable Voucher/Coupon Codes, just enter them in the ‘Voucher Code “Field”’ a click ‘ADD’. If you don’t click ADD, the code will not be used.
The image below shows a code in the ‘Voucher Code Field’ without the ADD button having been clicked.
Once you have clicked the ADD button (see image below) it changes to ‘Remove’ (this indicates that the Voucher Code has been accepted, you can also see that the prices have been altered to reflect this.
Our Voucher Code System lets you enter and remove voucher codes; this is particularly useful if several codes are available since you can try different codes, choosing the most beneficial one for you.
In a nut shell
Registering an account and using it (by logging-in) when making a purchase, will result in you paying less and less, over time. Voucher/Coupon Codes can also be used (if and when available) saving you even more.
Codes are available for all to use Registered Customers and Non-registered Customers.
Sometimes we send ‘Customer Specific Codes’, these can only be used by that Customer and usually only once.
