We aim to despatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment as most items are in stock, but please allow 7-14 days, especially if located overseas. Your order will be acknowledged prior to despatch, after which you will receive the Tracking Code for your Goods In Transit, where applicable. Usual delivery is by First Class Royal mail in the U.K. unless otherwise advised. Delivery to customers in the EU will be by their chosen method. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
If delivery is by courier, this will be during business hours Monday to Friday and goods will require a signature.
If your goods have not been received within 14 days of purchase, please contact us and we will track your shipment. Please note that 14 days have to lapse before we can track delivery - this is due to Royal Mail policy.
We deliver to all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses which are treated as UK Domestic, but those in non-EU BFPO locations may incur local duty or taxes, payable by the customer upon collection.
Overseas Delivery (non EU) - please e-mail for details of options. Local taxes if incurred are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30 day, from date of purchase, return policy on all new, sealed and undamaged items excluding liquids and cartridges. Your options for these returns are:
- To exchange your goods for products to the same value; you may return your purchase by registered mail or courier service (to ensure deliver) at your expense. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the item(s) are correctly packed and arrive in, as new, condition.

Faulty or incorrect items received?
Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and inform us (vapourworld.co.uk) of any deficiencies or damage. We will correct the situation as soon as possible at no additional expense to the buyer.
Returns under warranty?
We will happily replace any faulty items still under warranty if they have failed due to faulty workmanship or materials. Please note that items that have failed due to misuse or damage (unintentional or otherwise) may not be replaced, nor a refund issued.
Ensure that the items that you are returning are in all the original packaging, and if you have used them ensure that you have cleaned them. If we have to clean items that you return, we will charge a fee, we will also charge a fee for used non-returnable items; the restocking fee may also include items that we have to replace due to mishandling.
